About

The Gáll Erzsébet Private Enterprise produces raw-pressed fruit syrups, jams, fruit juices, preserves and vegetable creams (zakuskas) using traditional, homemade methods based on old family recipes learned from grandmothers.

Our production activities run from spring to late autumn, as the various fruits used as raw materials ripen one after another.

In addition to production activities, we also continuously sell our products until the next season, while stocks last.

In the summer of 2002, as a small farmer, I started making and selling syrups from fruits grown in our own garden (black currants, raspberries, sour cherries, gooseberries).

Seeing the interest in our products, I continued the activity in an official form as a sole proprietor from 2005, expanding the product range year after year, using the valuable forest fruits growing in the mountains surrounding the Gyergyó basin (pine buds, pine cones, elderflower, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, chanterelles).

We currently work with the help of 4 employees in our small kitchen, which we created ourselves, where we work continuously and with great dedication from spring to autumn to ensure that Gáll Homemade Products stand their ground to the satisfaction of our domestic and foreign customers.
